Areff has hired a new salesman, Erik Herrlin. Erik grew up and lives in Karlskrona with his partner. He took a Key Account Manager exam in 2014, a broad education in sales with a strong focus on relationship building sales, business and key account management.
How was it when you got the job as a salesman at Areff?
– I worked as a District Manager for a company in the south of Sweden with sales to consumers and small businesses. I felt that I was more interested in B2B sales and the position as a salesman at Areff felt really interesting. It sounded like a company where you get an opportunity to evolve and build your career. In step two, I contacted Bernt (CEO of Areff) and participated in a number of interviews. Everything went very quickly but once I got the offer I did not hesitate.
What are your expectations on Areff?
– High expectations, of course. It’s great fun to get into the Areff team. All of them are very skilled and focused and it feels like this is a company with great growth potential so I look forward to contribute in my own way.
What are your first impressions?
– I have only worked a week but I notice that the tempo is high and that there are high demands at Areff. But there also seems to be a good collaboration between colleagues and between the sellers.
What are your duties?
– I will work with existing customers as well as finding new customers for Areff, mainly in the security area.
