During these last couple of days, we at Areff Systems AB have closely followed the development of the situation regarding the COVID-19. In conjunction with the recommendation from the Swedish government that all forms of higher educational locations, as in senior High School and university, should continue with their studies from home and the preparation for a possible shutdown of all elementary schools, we at Areff feel that we want to send out some information about how we think and act to prevent further spread of the COVID-19.
Procedure for work
This risk of getting infected in Sweden is now seen as high according to the General Health department (Folkhälsomyndigheten) and we have because of this decision decided to take some precautions to minimize the risk of infection here at Areff while still provide the best possible service. We will during the coming months discontinue our physical customer meetings and events, instead, we will put more focus on our usual agenda of meetings via Skype, phone or E-mail.
Our personnel that often travel around on meetings or as sellers will instead work from their respective offices here at Areff. They will instead maintain their contact with our customers via mail or phone.
Since the COVID-19 is classified as a “droplet infection” we can without the need to feel fear continue with our usual in an outtake of products to our production. Enabling us to work on as usual with our deliveries to you. Delivery time can, however, be somewhat longer than our usual pattern since we have seen longer processing of our deliveries to us.

Our scanning of passports and National-IDs where we receive our customers, that lack a Swedish BankID, in person and manually verify their identity will still be open as usual for drop-in but we will take as many reasonable precautions, both internal and external as we can, and we will continue to follow the governments guidelines. In the meantime, we will work as usual.
Our ID06 support and sales department will work and proceed as before and we are available according to our usual work hours. You are more than welcome to contact us if you have any questions in this matter.
