Economy Therese Lilja
Who is Therese Lilja?
I live in Ronneby with my family and kids. I have years of experience with a number of different accounting firms as a accountant. On my spare time I focus on all the different activities in my family like soccer and handball.
How did it happen when you got hired at Areff Systems AB?
I saw an ad from Areff that they needed a new accountant and I thought for myself that it sounded like a fitting and interesting job for me. The tempting part was the challenge, so I just had to apply for the position.
What do you expect from Areff Systems AB?
New types of workloads and challenges, as well as getting to work with happy and progressive colleagues. I am passionate about economy and with the experience I have from accounting makes me believe that Areff is right for me.

Production Tony Berg
Who is Tony Berg?
I live in Listerby and will work with production at Areff Systems AB. I have previously worked with a variety of different areas in the graphic industry at a multiple of companies, mostly in production as a process operator/printer but also with planning, order and purchase. My hobbies are karate and since my youth sailing which has evolved into ice hunt-sailing, i.e. when you can find ice. The time that is over goes to renovating and maintaining my house from 1929.
How did it happen when you got hired at Areff Systems AB?
A close friend and former colleague told me that Areff needed more personnel in their production-team, so I started to read up on Areff online and felt that it would suit me perfectly so I applied directly.
What do you expect from Areff Systems AB?
A interesting line of business for me that is new too it and I am looking forward to an exciting development for me with a company that is on the top of things with a lot of nice colleagues that all are different form each other.
What are your duties at work?
Production. My goal is to become completely self sufficient at work, be able to produce everything in every machine from the start at order to the delivery, “from stem to stern” as you say.
Production Linus Berg
Who is Linus Berg?
I live in Trossö in the city of Karlskrona. I have previously worked as a machine operator in Oslo on a number of companies and these last couple of years have I spent teaching in a elementary school. During my spare time I create my own House-music, play golf, e-sport and be with my friends.
How did it happen when you got hired at Areff Systems AB?
After receiving a tip from a friend I checked Areffs website and felt that this was an interesting company so I applied.
What do you expect from Areff Systems AB?
A great community and a development of myself in this line of work.
What are your first impressions?
Great colleagues that enjoy coming to work every day.
What are your duties at work?
Production, programing cards and key fobs. UV-print and engrave the same products, personalizing them for the costumer.
ID06 Team Veronica Ahlqvist
Who is Veronica Ahlqvist?
I live in Ronneby and I am a creative person. On my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband and my soon to be 2 year old son. I enjoy being in my garden with all that entails, otherwise I crochet or knit on one of my projects. If there are any time left after everything, then you often find me at the gym.
How did it happen when you got hired at Areff Systems AB?
I have worked in a store for a couple of years and the service profession is something that is close to my heart, I like working with costumers and helping them. I got curious when I saw the job post so I applied and after a couple of interviews they offered me the position. I accepted because Areff felt like a workplace where I can evolve and enjoy my time as well.
What do you expect from Areff Systems AB?
I have high expectations of Areff and all the new challenges in the field of ID06 for me and my colleagues. Too evolve together with Areff.
What are your duties at work?
ID06 Support. I answer on the phone when costumers call in and I reply on E-mails. Making sure that our costumers that order ID06-cards get the quick and best possible service and help that they deserve.
Order Wilhelm Jönsson
Who is Wilhelm Jönsson?
I am a happy and out-going guy that enjoys being active, my spare time is spent on the ocean sailing or cruising with a jet or in the field playing soccer.
How did it happen when you got hired at Areff Systems AB?
I ran into Bernt, our CEO, and threw a curveball telling him that I was looking for work and a couple of weeks later he called me about a position at Areff. I applied for it directly and was later hired.
What do you expect from Areff Systems AB?
I have high expectations on Areff. New colleagues and new challenges.
